Beside importing and storefront, you can collect reviews by sending a request email to your customers. This article will walk you through step-by-step guideline to configure these emails.

Activate automated emails

There are 2 ways that you can set up automated emails.

Way 1: At “Setup Guide” section, click “Setup mails”

Way 2: At “Request email” page, click button “Email template”

Now you are on “Email Reviews” page.

These 3 emails will be activated by default.

If you want to turn off any of them, click the button “Disable”

Request review email

This email is the first email that you used to request a review. Within the email, there is a link that directly navigate to the Write review form. Your customers just need a few clicks to complete writing a review, which leads to a higher chance of receiving feedback.

You can configure time and content of that email, by clicking “Settings”
